We are an urban practice of four full time and three part time partners working from a relatively new, purpose built surgery just outside of the main town centre of Middlesbrough. We were previously based in the Cleveland Health Centre. The practice accepts patients from within the area of Middlesbrough within the following boundaries :
North : the River Tees
West : A19
East : estates accessed from Cargo Fleet Lane and Ormesby Bank
South : Nunthorpe, Coulby Newham, Hemlington and Stainton
The practice operates under a PMS (Personal Medical Services) Contract with Middlesbrough PCT, 18 High Force Road, Riverside Park, Middlesbrough. Tel: 01642 352370
The practice uses the EMIS LV clinical computer system.
We operate an Advanced Access Appointments System which enables us see all patients within 24 hours of their request to be seen.
Freedom for Information Act : As we are dealing with public funds our procedures and policies, together with income and prescribing expenditure, are available for inspection at the Practice by contacting the Practice Manager.
Access to medical records: You may apply in writing or fill in the appropriate form which you can obtain by contacting the Assistant Practice Manager.
