If your doctor agrees, you may obtain repeat prescriptions as follows:
tick the appropriate medication on the computer slip and hand the slip in at reception
OR
send it in by post
OR
(we regret that we cannot accept any telephone requests for repeat prescriptions)
THEN
allow 48 hours for us to deal with your request
pick up your prescription at the counter
OR we will post it back to you if you supply us with a stamped addressed envelope
