Although you would have been registered with one doctor in the past, from April 2004 you are registered with the practice rather than an individual doctor. You may see any doctor you wish, as long as appointments are available for that doctor.
We will endeavour to offer you an appointment within 24hours with one of the doctors or the nurse practitioner.
Please attend punctually. If you are late for whatever reason you may be asked to wait until the doctor has some free time to see you, or alternatively you may be offered a consultation with another doctor to avoid a long wait. We realise that some delays (traffic etc) are unavoidable. However, it is not acceptable to delay everyone else who has a later appointment with your doctor who have managed to turn up on time. All appointment times are booked at 10 minute intervals and there are very few (if any) gaps during a surgery so there is usually no time to “squeeze you in”!
Please cancel your appointment as early as possible if you are unable to attend.
